Ce chat pr\u00e9sente une volumineuse ascite (1 litre ponctionn\u00e9).<\/p>\n

L’\u00e9chocardiographie met en \u00e9vidence une cardiomyopathie marqu\u00e9e avec dilatation bi-atriale et ventriculaire droite.<\/p>\n

Sur l’ECG, on note un rythme r\u00e9gulier \u00e0 185 bpm d’origine sinusale mais les QRS sont tr\u00e8s larges (65 ms), ils sont crochet\u00e9s en D3 et AVF et \u00e9mouss\u00e9s en D2.<\/p>\n

Les ondes T, de grande amplitude,\u00a0 sont de polarit\u00e9 inverse \u00e0 celles des QRS.<\/p>\n

L’axe des QRS est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 -110\u00b0.<\/p>\n

Les ondes P sont larges (60 ms) et hypervolt\u00e9es (0,55 mV)<\/p>\n

On note de profondes ondes S en D1, D2, D3 et AVF ainsi qu’une polarit\u00e9 positive de QRS en AVR, ce qui est la marque d’un bloc de branche droit complet.<\/p>\n
