Par ailleurs, on remarque en D1, un crochetage de la partie terminale de l&rsquo;onde P et un aspect en &lsquo;w&rsquo; dans la d\u00e9rivation D3.<\/p>\n<p>Le diagnostic de certitude ne peut \u00eatre obtenu que si l&rsquo;\u00e9chographie ne r\u00e9v\u00e8le pas de dilatation atriale gauche,\u00a0 ce qui est le cas ici, car l&rsquo;onde P pourrait avoir alors la m\u00eame morphologie.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, dans le cas d&rsquo;un trac\u00e9 &lsquo;normal&rsquo;, et en l&rsquo;absence de contexte de cardiopathie, il est peu probable d&rsquo;\u00eatre en pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une oreillette gauche dilat\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le bloc inter-atrial est d\u00fb \u00e0 un ralentissement ou une interruption de la propagation de l&rsquo;influx \u00e0 travers les oreillettes (alt\u00e9ration des fibres de Bachman qui relient oreillette droite et oreillette gauche).<\/p>\n<p>Chez l&rsquo;homme, le bloc inter-atrial peut favoriser des troubles du rythme: fibrillation atriale ou tachycardie supraventriculaire.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce trac\u00e9 d&rsquo;apparence normale (QRS fins, fr\u00e9quence de 130 bpm, et voltage de 0,9 mV)\u00a0 pr\u00e9sente n\u00e9anmoins une anomalie de la morphologie de l&rsquo;onde P, outre sa dur\u00e9e tr\u00e8s augment\u00e9e (70 ms en D1).
