A droite, rythme sinusal avec QRS larges chez un chat<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>Ces deux trac\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s sur le m\u00eame chat \u00e0 10 h d&rsquo;intervalle.<\/p>\n<p>Le trac\u00e9 initial (\u00e0 gauche) montre un rythme sinusal \u00e0 200 bpm, un intervalle QT allong\u00e9 \u00e0 200 ms mais avec des QRS fins (40 ms)<\/p>\n<p>Le second trac\u00e9 monte toujours un rythme sinusal qui s&rsquo;est un peu ralenti \u00e0 170 bpm (les ondes P sont bien visibles en AVF, avec in intervalle habituel.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche la dur\u00e9e des QRS d\u00e9passe maintenant les 60 ms et les ondes T sont de sens oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 celui des QRS.
