La cr\u00e9atinine est \u00e0 140 mg\/l et l&rsquo;ur\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de 7 g\/l.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;intervalle PR est court et le rythme est irr\u00e9gulier. L&rsquo;amplitude des ondes T d\u00e9passe celle des QRS.<\/p>\n<p>Le rythme n&rsquo;est pas sinusal, les ondes P n\u00e9gatives (D2, D3 et AVF) sugg\u00e8rent un rythme atrial bas.<\/p>\n<p>Les QRS sont \u00e9largis (60 ms) et hypovolt\u00e9s (0,85 mV en D2 ).
