Rythme jonctionnel bas<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n

Ce trac\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 chez un jack russel lors d’une hyst\u00e9rectomie.<\/p>\n

La fr\u00e9quence est de 50 bpm, bien que ce chien n’ait pas re\u00e7u d’ agoniste des r\u00e9cepteurs \u03b12-adr\u00e9nergiques.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sur l’image ci-dessous, une ligne verticale relie les ondes P qui sont situ\u00e9es apr\u00e8s les QRS.<\/p>\n

La position des ondes P sugg\u00e8re un pacemaker situ\u00e9 dans le tronc du faisceau de His.<\/p>\n

Ces rythmes sont rarement rencontr\u00e9s lors d’anesth\u00e9sie. Une hypoth\u00e8se serait que la prise de contr\u00f4le du rythme par ce pacemaker jonctionnel soit due \u00e0 une\u00a0 bradycardie pr\u00e9alable.<\/p>\n

L’ atropine n’a eu aucun effet, en revanche, le doxapram a permis de restaurer rapidement un rythme sinusal stable.<\/p>\n\n\n
