La fr\u00e9quence ventriculaire est donc d&rsquo;environ 220 bpm. L&rsquo;axe de l&rsquo;un est \u00e0 130\u00b0 tandis que l&rsquo;axe de l&rsquo;autre s&rsquo;\u00e9tablit \u00e0 -130\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;est pas possible de pr\u00e9ciser la nature exacte de ce rythme. L&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se retenue est celle d&rsquo;une une tachycardie ventriculaire bidirectionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9chocardiographie montre des diam\u00e8tres cavitaires ventriculaires mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment augment\u00e9s, ainsi qu&rsquo;une importante dilatation biatriale.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le chat pr\u00e9sente un \u00e9panchement pleural volumineux et des signes de thromboembolie du membre ant\u00e9rieur gauche.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le trac\u00e9 ECG de ce chat atteint de cardiomyopathie s\u00e9v\u00e8re est difficile \u00e0 interpr\u00e9ter.
