{"id":2530,"date":"2019-11-16T22:52:31","date_gmt":"2019-11-16T21:52:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vet-ecg.ddns.net\/?page_id=2530"},"modified":"2019-11-17T18:59:52","modified_gmt":"2019-11-17T17:59:52","slug":"myocardiopathies-felines","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/vet-ecg.ddns.net\/index.php\/myocardiopathies-felines\/","title":{"rendered":"Myocardiopathies f\u00e9lines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les myocardiopathies du chat regroupent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; les cardiomyopathie hypertrophiques (CMH)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Les cardiomyopathies restrictives CMR)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Les cardiomyopathies dilat\u00e9es (CMD)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nous parlerons dans ce chapitre exclusivement de la forme hypertrophique ( plus ou moins obstructive) qui est, de loin, l&rsquo;affection la plus souvent rencontr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo; ECG ne permet pas de distinguer une forme particuli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Il est m\u00eame fr\u00e9quent qu&rsquo;un trac\u00e9 s&rsquo;inscrive dans les limites de la normale avec une myocardiopathie avanc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, un trac\u00e9 anormal ne se rencontre pas sur un c\u0153ur sain.<\/p>\n<p>Pour m\u00e9moire, chez le chat, les param\u00e8tres ECG normaux sont les suivants:<br \/>&#8211; fr\u00e9quence comprise entre 120 et 240 bpm (plus fr\u00e9quemment: 140-220)<br \/>&#8211; onde R &lt; 0,9 mV<br \/>&#8211; onde P &lt; 0,2 mV et &lt; 40 ms<br \/>&#8211; QRS &lt; 40 ms<br \/>&#8211; onde T &lt; 0,3 mV et asym\u00e9trique<br \/>&#8211; PR compris entre 50 et 90 ms<br \/>&#8211; QT compris entre 120 et 180 ms<br \/>&#8211; Axe de QRS compris entre 0 et 160\u00b0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ci-dessous, sur la partie gauche de l&rsquo;image, on peut voir le trac\u00e9 d&rsquo;un chat indemne de cardiopathie tandis que sur la partie droite, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un trac\u00e9 de chat atteint de myocardiopathie obstructive.<\/p>\n<p>Comme on peut le voir, les diff\u00e9rences entre les deux trac\u00e9s sont minimes.
