Leur polarit\u00e9 est \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance n\u00e9gative, l&rsquo;onde T est de sens oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 cette polarit\u00e9. L&rsquo;intervalle PQ est normal. Ces indices sugg\u00e8rent un bloc de branche droit complet.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ECG ne permet pas, ici, de faire la part entre les aspects imputables au bloc de branche droit et ceux dus \u00e0 une hypertrophie ventriculaire droite.<\/p>\n<p>Le calcul de l&rsquo;axe des QRS n&rsquo;est pas possible par les m\u00e9thodes conventionnelles en cas de BB. En m\u00e9decine humaine, l&rsquo;axe est, dans ce cas, calcul\u00e9 sur les premi\u00e8res millisecondes du complexe QRS, ce qui donnerait ici environ 120\u00b0 si l&rsquo;on prend en compte les 40 premi\u00e8res millisecondes du complexe.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9chocardiographie montre un c\u0153ur gauche normal et une volumineuse dilatation du ventricule droit accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo; hypertension art\u00e9rielle pulmonaire (tronc pulmonaire tr\u00e8s dilat\u00e9).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le trac\u00e9 ECG de ce bouledogue anglais de 32 kg montre un rythme sinusal \u00e0 130 bpm malgr\u00e9 une ligne de base entach\u00e9e d&rsquo;art\u00e9facts dus \u00e0 une intense polypn\u00e9e.
