Aucune contraction atriale ne parvient aux ventricules.<\/p>\n<p>La fr\u00e9quence atriale est d&rsquo;environ 100 bpm tandis que la fr\u00e9quence ventriculaire est de 50 bpm.<\/p>\n<p>On devine sur le 6e complexe, dans la d\u00e9rivation D2, une onde P qui se loge au pied de l&rsquo;onde R et vient d\u00e9former sa morphologie.<\/p>\n<p>La 3e onde P est pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une extrasystole atriale.<\/p>\n<p>Les QRS sont mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment \u00e9largis et cadenc\u00e9s \u00e0 50 bpm, ce qui laisse penser que le bloc est intra-nodal. Cette origine permet de penser que ce bloc est susceptible de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&rsquo;atropine ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;isopr\u00e9naline, contrairement aux bloc distaux (blocs infra-nodaux).<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un rythme d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement jonctionnel.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les traits bleus figurent les ondes P.
