L&rsquo;\u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est alt\u00e9r\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo; \u00e9chocardiographie montre un \u00e9paississement des parois ventriculaires, \u00e9vocatrice de myocardite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur ce trac\u00e9, on rnote une tachycardie supraventriculaire marqu\u00e9e \u00e0 240 bpm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sous-d\u00e9calage du segment ST atteint 0,3 mV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;onde P est normale (&lt;40 ms) mais son amplitude est augment\u00e9e (0,55 mV). L&rsquo;onde P est pointue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> L&rsquo;amplitude des QRS est augment\u00e9e (3 mV en D2). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dur\u00e9e des QRS (55 ms) s&rsquo;inscrit dans la limite sup\u00e9rieure de la normalit\u00e9 pour un chien de ce format. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, la d\u00e9flexion intrins\u00e9co\u00efde (temps d&rsquo;inscription de l&rsquo;onde R) est significativement augment\u00e9e (35 ms) compar\u00e9e \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e de QRS.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce springer de 7 ans (30 kg) est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 pour une gastro-ent\u00e9rite h\u00e9morragique s\u00e9v\u00e8re avec hyperthermie.
