Son \u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est tr\u00e8s alt\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le trac\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9 \u00e0 50 mm\/s et 5 mm\/mV fait appara\u00eetre une tachycardie soutenue (depuis plusieurs heures). La fr\u00e9quence est tr\u00e8s rapide (250 bpm).<\/p>\n<p>Les QRS sont larges et hypervolt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les quelques ondes P visibles et dissoci\u00e9es des QRS ainsi que la pr\u00e9sence de complexes de fusion (3e et 6e complexes) permettent d&rsquo;exclure une tachycardie\u00a0 supraventriculaire avec bloc de branche.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;axe de QRS s&rsquo;\u00e9tablit \u00e0 130\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble de ces crit\u00e8res permet de conclure \u00e0 une tachycardie ventriculaire droite.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce chien de 13 mois atteint de cardiomyopathie dilat\u00e9e pr\u00e9sente un trouble du rythme s\u00e9v\u00e8re.
