Le temps de diastole est particuli\u00e8rement court (TP\u00a0 = 15 ms).<\/p>\n<p>La fr\u00e9quence cardiaque \u00e9lev\u00e9e entraine une sur-consommation d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne qui explique probablement l&rsquo;important sous-d\u00e9calage du segment ST\u00a0 (0,2 mV) .<\/p>\n<p>Les ondes P ont une dur\u00e9e de 60 ms et les QRS de 65 ms. Le ratio QT\/RR est augment\u00e9: 0,6.<\/p>\n<p>Les amplitudes des diff\u00e9rentes d\u00e9flexions sont habituelles.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;axe des QRS est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d\u00e9vi\u00e9 \u00e0 gauche (37\u00b0).<\/p>\n<p>Les ondes T sont sym\u00e9triques et pointues. Le ratio T\/R de 0,33.
