{"id":1736,"date":"2019-05-19T19:00:13","date_gmt":"2019-05-19T17:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.1.104\/?page_id=1736"},"modified":"2019-11-07T17:47:34","modified_gmt":"2019-11-07T16:47:34","slug":"hemibloc-anterieur-gauche","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/vet-ecg.ddns.net\/index.php\/hemibloc-anterieur-gauche\/","title":{"rendered":"H\u00e9mibloc ant\u00e9rieur gauche"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"6954\" height=\"1078\" src=\"http:\/\/vet-ecg.ddns.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/hbag-yorkshire.jpg\" alt=\"h\u00e9mibloc ant\u00e9rieur gauche\" class=\"wp-image-1737\"\/><figcaption>H\u00e9mibloc ant\u00e9rieur gauche<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On trouve sur ce trac\u00e9, les crit\u00e8res habituels d&rsquo;un h\u00e9mibloc ant\u00e9rieur gauche:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>D2 n\u00e9gatif<\/li><li>AVF n\u00e9gatif<\/li><li>amplitude de QRS en AVF sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 D1 (valeur absolue)<\/li><li>Aspect qR en D1<\/li><li>Aspect rS en D2, D3 et AVF<\/li><li>RAVL sup\u00e9rieure  RD1<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce trac\u00e9 est celui d&rsquo;un vieux yorkshire atteint d&rsquo;insuffisance respiratoire chronique responsable d&rsquo;un hypovoltage des QRS (moins de 1 mV).<\/p>\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9largissement des QRS est peu cons\u00e9quent (50 ms) mais il faut le replacer dans le contexte d&rsquo;un chien tr\u00e8s petit format (1,8 kg)<\/p>\n\n\n<p> Les ondes P en D2 sont tr\u00e8s pointues et leur amplitude d\u00e9passe 0,4 mV (onde P pulmonaire). La fr\u00e9quence varie de 160 \u00e0 200 bpm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;axe s&rsquo;\u00e9tablit \u00e0 -70\u00b0. Il est d\u00e9vi\u00e9 \u00e0 gauche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;insuffisance respiratoire s\u00e9v\u00e8re et ancienne explique les ondes T hypervolt\u00e9es et sym\u00e9triques qui t\u00e9moignent de l&rsquo;hypoxie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me exemple ci-dessous, celui d&rsquo;un sharpe\u00ef de 8 ans, 24 kg, asymptomatique.
