Il existe une onde R initiale en AVR et celle-ci est large.<\/p>\n<p>La polarit\u00e9 n\u00e9gative des QRS indique que le foyer ectopique se trouve dans le ventricule gauche.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble de ces crit\u00e8res permet de dir qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une tachycardie ventriculaire gauche.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La tachycardie est r\u00e9guli\u00e8re \u00e0 190 bpm.
