Celle-ci d\u00e9passe 5 secondes.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de tonus vagal marqu\u00e9, il est fr\u00e9quent d&rsquo;observer des pauses pouvant atteindre une seconde mais ici il faut plut\u00f4t envisager une anomalie du n\u0153ud sinusal (d\u00e9faut d&rsquo;\u00e9mission) ou du tissu de conduction (bloc sino-atrial) .<\/p>\n<p>Le diagnostic de bloc sino-auriculaire (BSA) est rendu difficile chez le chien en raison de l&rsquo;existence d&rsquo;une arythmie respiratoire.<\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e de cette pause n&rsquo;est pas un multiple du rythme de base et semble donc difficilement compatible avec un BSA.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se d&rsquo;un arr\u00eat temporaire d&rsquo;\u00e9mission de potentiel d&rsquo;action du n\u0153ud sinusal semble \u00eatre \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier.
