En deuxi\u00e8me partie de trac\u00e9 survient un \u00e9pisode de tachycardie ventriculaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En milieu de trac\u00e9, on visualise un premier complexe de fusion pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 d&rsquo;un intervalle PR court.
