Les QRS sont \u00e9largis (80 ms en D1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant l&rsquo;intervalle PR est trop court (45 ms en D1) pour que le rythme soit d&rsquo;origine sinusale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs on remarque un emp\u00e2tement de la branche ascendante de l&rsquo;onde R en D1. Cet \u00e9largissement de la base du QRS peut s&rsquo;expliquer par une d\u00e9polarisation pr\u00e9coce d&rsquo;une partie du ventricule par le faisceau accessoire (onde delta).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9chocardiographie n&rsquo;a pas mis d&rsquo;anomalies en \u00e9vidence.
