La fr\u00e9quence varie de 125 \u00e0 184 bpm.<\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e des ondes P atteint 60 ms. Leur aspect bifide est bien visible en d\u00e9rivation AVF. On peut aussi remarquer une encoche sur la pente descendante de l&rsquo;onde P en d\u00e9rivation D2.<\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e des QRS est mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment augment\u00e9e \u00e0 60 ms, par contre leur amplitude (3,7 mV) est importante. La pente ascendante de l&rsquo;onde R en d\u00e9rivation D3 est encoch\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe de profondes ondes Q dans toutes les d\u00e9rivations et un sous-d\u00e9calage marqu\u00e9 du segment ST en d\u00e9rivation D2.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9chocardiographie r\u00e9v\u00e8le une cardiomyopathie dilat\u00e9e (fraction de raccourcissement de 20%)\u00a0 ainsi qu&rsquo;une valvulopathie de stade 1, sans rupture de cordages tendineux.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le rythme de ce cavalier king charles est sinusal.
