L&rsquo;arythmie est compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p>La perte de la systole atriale accentue la chute du d\u00e9bit cardiaque d\u00e9j\u00e0 induite par la cardiomyopathie et par la fr\u00e9quence ventriculaire \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Par d\u00e9finition, l&rsquo;onde P n&rsquo;est pas mesurable mais l&rsquo;amplitude des QRS est \u00e9lev\u00e9e: 5.7 mV et leur dur\u00e9e est d&rsquo;environ 65 ms. Un crochetage du QRS est visible sur certaines systoles en D3. Ces indices t\u00e9moignent de l&rsquo;hypertrophie ventriculaire gauche.<\/p>\n<p>Les ondes T sont relativement amples.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9chographie r\u00e9v\u00e8le une cardiomyopathie dilat\u00e9e. L&rsquo;\u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;animal est d\u00e9grad\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aucune onde P n&rsquo;est individualisable sur ce trac\u00e9.
