Il existe 2 exceptions: les complexes sinusaux 5-6 et 14-15 qui sont cons\u00e9cutifs.<\/p>\n<p>La cadence du n\u0153ud sinusal est d&rsquo;environ 154 bpm tandis que celle du foyer extra-systolique est de 76 bpm.<\/p>\n<p>La pente descendante de l&rsquo;onde P n&rsquo;est pas rectiligne, elle amorce un d\u00e9but de crochetage. La dur\u00e9e approximative de l&rsquo;onde P est approximativement de 56 ms, il existe une dilatation atriale gauche, confirm\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chographie.<\/p>\n<p>Les QRS sinusaux sont larges (80 ms) et crochet\u00e9s en D3 tandis que la dur\u00e9e des QRS extrasystoliques atteint 230 ms.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe dans la d\u00e9rivation AVF, une encoche sur la partie descendante de l&rsquo;onde R des QRS sinusaux.<\/p>\n<p>Les extrasystoles, issues du ventricule gauche, surviennent \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;onde T.<\/p>\n<p>Le couplage des extrasystoles aux QRS sinusaux est fixe mais court (fin de l&rsquo;onde T pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente).<\/p>\n<p>La maladie de ce doberman (48 kg) de 8 ans \u00e9tait, \u00e0 ce stade, encore bien tol\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sur ce trac\u00e9, le rythme cardiaque est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement big\u00e9min\u00e9: un QRS sur deux est d&rsquo;origine ectopique.
